Changing a company name

Please, kindly be informed that pursuant to the decision of the District Court for
Gdańsk North, Division VII of the National Court Register, as of July 25, 2011 the Company’s name has changed from Wiatropol International Sp. z o.o. to:

Greentech Energy Systems Polska Sp. z o.o.

All other Company particulars, i.e. its address, tax ID [NIP], statistical number [REGON], registration number [KRS], and the account number, remain the same.

The change of the Company’s name was triggered by standardisation of identification within the Greentech Energy Systems A/S capital group, and is aimed at improving the efficiency of the intra-group operations.

Please reflect the change in any documentation and correspondence addressed at the Company.
